Things to know about Auburn service: pine needle and oak leaf cleanup makes gutter cleaning a higher priority here than in the valley — we recommend at least twice a year, ideally three times for properties with heavy tree cover. Wildfire smoke residue, when it occurs, bonds tightly to solar panels and windows, and we use a specialized pre-treatment to remove it without damage.
