The work is more demanding here — bigger homes, more glass, often steep terrain or complex landscaping that requires careful planning before we ever start cleaning.
What's different about Napa: the homes were often built to make the most of the views, which means floor-to-ceiling windows, two-story atriums, and skylights. We have water-fed pole equipment that reaches up to thirty feet from the ground, plus the experience to handle high-touch interior work without damaging custom finishes. Most of our Napa customers are on annual maintenance plans because the work happens on a schedule that matches the seasons here — vineyard dust in late summer, leaf drop in fall, oak pollen in spring.

Things to know about Napa service: the dust from vineyard work settles on solar panels and windows during harvest season, so we book our heaviest Napa cleaning schedule for late September through November. Wildfire smoke residue (when it occurs) bonds quickly to glass and panels — we use a special pre-treatment for any properties that have had recent smoke exposure. And the older estate homes often have lead paint considerations on exterior wood, which we handle with EPA RRP-trained soft-wash technique.
